The E-Journal of International Studies is an online journal that provides a platform for stimulating interaction and debate on issues of global significance. The E-Journal invites original contributions from interested individuals in a wide range of subjects, such as politics, education, health, economics, environment, gender issues, religion, and world peace, among others. The Journal publishes articles chosen for their relevance to policymakers, educators, researchers, college students, and others interested in global issues.
Submission
The E-Journal of International Studies will consider every manuscript submitted, but assumes no obligation regarding publication. Articles submitted should be in MS-Word. All papers are subjected to a blind peer review process. Authors should submit electronic copy for consideration to: benjamin.c.ngwudike@jsums.edu. Please allow three to four months for a decision on publication. Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing manuscript for submission. Manuscripts that do not conform to the guidelines will not be reviewed.
Format
Manuscript should be 10-20 pages in length, double-spaced, and should conform to the latest American Psychological Association (APA) style. Submission of a manuscript indicates that its content is original and that it has not been submitted elsewhere for review or publication. Copyright of manuscripts accepted for publication resides with the Journal. However, authors retain a right to use their work provided they acknowledge that the work was originally published in the E-Journal of International Studies.
Abstract
Abstract should be written in pointed prose. Length should be 150 words or less. No more than six keywords that express the precise content of the manuscript should appear below the manuscript.
Documentation
Authors are responsible for checking the accuracy of all references and for ensuring that complete information is provided in the reference list (APA Style) for all sources cited in the test.
Figures and Tables
All figures and tables should be professional in appearance. When figures and tables are not original, it is the responsibility of the author to seek and obtain written permission from the copyright holder to produce such figures and tables.
Biographical Information
Each author should include a biographical sketch of 50 words or less that includes institutional affiliation and relevant experience.
